PLEASE NOTE THIS POLICY RELATES TO OUR EVERYDAY WEAR PURCHASES ONLY. OUR PROM & EVENING WEAR POLICY IS DIFFERENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THESE PURCHASES CAN BE FOUND ON OUR IN-STORE & ON OUR PROM & EVENING WEAR T & C’s.
We accept returns for unwanted items. Items must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached & no signs of wear i.e. deodorant marks, makeup, signs of being washed. Returns must be within 14 days of delivery. We offer a full refund or exchange for the returned items, unless otherwise stated. i.e. goods in our sale, pierced Jewellery . If you need to return an item, please contact us by email on email@example.com, quoting your order number, name and address and reason you wish to return the goods to us. We will notify you the return address and issue you a return reference number.
In the event that you’re not at the shipping address to sign for your parcel at the time it’s delivered, the 14 day policy will start from that date regardless of how many days/weeks left before picking it up from the delivery office/collection point.
Fallen Angelz Ltd cannot be held liable for delays in collecting parcels. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) and with tags attached.
Please return items securely as we can’t be held liable for returns that go missing in transit.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please make sure they’re packed securely to avoid damage, as the items remain your responsibility until they arrive back with us. Ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Fallen Angelz Ltd makes every effort to ensure all goods dispatched are in perfect condition. Should there be a problem or fault with the goods, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number ,name & address, including a description of the fault. A refund number will then be issued, which you will need to include in your returns package. Please return faulty them within 14 days. We will exchange, or issue a credit/refund for damaged items at our discretion. Please note that we will not issue a credit or refund on delivery charges.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return carrier. However, in many cases you will receive refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the carrier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Any refunds though will be credited to the original payment method.
RETURNS IN STORE
Online orders & exchanges can be returned in store.
For exchanges please contact email@example.com for an exchange code.
Any returned orders that have been purchased using an online voucher or gift card will be refunded back on to the Voucher/Gift card. If part voucher orders are made, the voucher will always be refunded first. We cannot refund vouchers for the monetary value. Any orders placed where a voucher is used in full will always be refunded straight back to the voucher in full and the remaining amount refunded as normal as per our terms and conditions. Vouchers/Gift cards are valid for 1 year and cannot be extended beyond this date. After the expiry date they will be deactivated and can not be retrieved.
