Occasion Wear Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“The Terms”) apply to all orders for the sale or supply of goods between Fallen Angelz and any purchaser of our PROM / EVENING WEAR / RED-CARPET EVENTS / OCCASION WEAR / BALL GOWNS / COCKTAIL WEAR / SPECIAL BIRTHDAYS collections, purchased in store.
When ordering, placing a deposit or purchasing goods from Fallen Angelz the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms
Order & Sizing
Garments will be ordered by the seller for the purchaser in the nearest size, based on the measurements taken at the time of order. The purchaser accepts and confirms the measurements taken at the time of order and agrees the size, style, colour and sale price to be ordered are correct by completing and signing our client information sheet, which states these Terms & Conditions on its reverse. Fallen Angelz is in turn agreeing to order the requested garment.
Fallen Angelz accepts no liability for the purchaser’s weight gain or loss and no refund will be given in this instance.
Garments are ordered in accordance to the designs size chart, they are not made to measure. It is usual that some alterations may be required.
Fallen Angelz do not carry out alterations and no seamstress or alterations specialist are employed by the seller.
Fallen Angelz accepts no liability or responsibility whatsoever in respect of any alterations or service given by any persons
Fallen Angelz recommend.
Fallen Angelz promise to sell only ONE garment per individual design (not to include shoes & accessories) respective of colour per school year 11 prom, as per the information completed on the client card. Fallen Angelz accepts no liability or responsibility for incorrect information completed by any purchaser on the client card, resulting in a duplicate order being placed, as this is out of Fallen Angelz control.
Deposits & Cancellations
Fallen Angelz requires a minimum deposit of a 1/3 of the total value of the garment at the time of the order being placed.
Deposits can be paid by debit/credit card or cash only.
Fallen Angelz lay away payment plan is an informal good will gesture offered to purchasers, with 0% interest occurring. A deposit of a 1/3 of the total value of the garment is required at the time of purchase, then 3 equal payments over a 16-week period. Please see our payment plan terms and conditions for more information. Garments must be paid for in full before collection.
Deposits are non-refundable. If the purchaser wishes to cancel an order, they will need to inform Fallen Angelz in writing. No refund will be given in the event of an order being cancelled.
No deposits are taken on accessories, i.e. shoes, bags & jewellery. The purchaser must pay for accessories in full at the time the order is placed.
Collection of Orders
Fallen Angelz will notify the purchaser once their garment is in stock and ready for collection.
When collecting the garment, the purchaser must provide identification in order to ensure the garment is being collected by an authorised person. Identification can be proof of purchase (client information sheet), debit/ credit card in the purchasers name / passport / driving licence/ student id.
Full paid for Garments will be held for a maximum of 6 weeks from the date of notification the garment is in stock.
Garments purchased thorough our 0% lay away scheme will be held for a maximum of 14 weeks from the date of the original order.
If after either of these times the garment has not been collected, the garment will be put on the rail for resale and no refund will be given thereafter.
Fallen Angelz will make every effort to contact the purchaser up to this time, noting a minimum of 4 logged contact attempts.
Refund & Exchanges
No exchanges will be given for change of mind, weight loss or weight gain.
No exchange or refund will be given unless the garment purchased has a manufacturing fault.
On collection the purchaser must satisfy themselves that they are happy with the garments condition and inform Fallen Angelz of any defects or discrepancies, suspected manufacturing faults, as once the garment have left the building no refund will be given.
Please note that occasionally the colourway of the sample may vary and such variations are beyond Fallen Angelz control and so we do not undertake or except any liability in respect of such variation. This is not classified as a manufacturing fault.
Due to the delicate nature of garments,Fallen Angelz cannot be held responsible or liable for any damage occurred after collection, whilst in storage or at the event. Ie loss of beads, jewels, rips and tears. No refunds will be given in these instances.
Sale items and sample dresses that have been displayed on the premises may not be in perfect condition. By choosing to purchase these garments you are agreeing that no refund will be given once the garment has left the premises. Purchasers should check that they a completely satisfied with said garments before they make their purchase. Fallen Angelz make no guarantees that any visible marks or stains can be removed by cleaning. Once the garments have left the premises no refund or exchange will be offered.
Sale items must be paid for in full at time of purchase and Fallen Angelz is unable to provide storage for these garments.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions and any contract for the sale or supply of any goods and services between Fallen Angelz and the purchaser shall be governed by English Law. Any dispute arising out of or connected to such contact shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
